The App is designed to help users make healthier dining choices based on their personal health goals, dietary preferences, and micronutrient needs.
3. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and their terms apply. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store or play store settings.
4. Nutritional Information Disclaimer
The nutritional information provided by No Guilt is estimated using artificial intelligence and may not be completely accurate. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional nutritional advice. Calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat estimates are approximations and may vary from actual values. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any nutritional information provided.
5. Health Disclaimer
No Guilt is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have existing health conditions, food allergies, or dietary restrictions.
6. User Accounts and Data
We do not ask for any personal information like email and phone number for account creation. We create an anonymous user id for each user to use the app. This user id is not linked to any personal information.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers
- Use the App to collect data about other users
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the App
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Papi Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
